Licence and Fees Guide 

What is a licence?
A single licence relates to a unique user - each user is required to have an individual licence. You can take advantage of price reductions on multiple licences within the same company, as shown below:

Multiple licences
If you require multiple licences and want to take advantage of price reductions, initially you need to purchase a single licence to create the account - the initial purchaser will become the account administrator. Additional licences can subsequently be added by this administrator. The administrator will assign each new licence to a user by associating it with the new user's email address.

Additional licences on multiple accounts
Fees for new licences purchased after the date of the first licence are calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on your account year end date (1 year from the purchase of your first licence). All licences purchased under that multiple account will expire on the year end date. If, for example, you purchase a new licence half way through your account year, you will be charged 50% of the annual fee. To add new licences or view existing account details, click 'Manage Your Account' menu

Pay As You Go
If you would like to try SnapShop without committing to a full year's membership you can pre-purchase credits to view any number of retailer records. Every time you view a new retailer record it will automatically deduct one credit from your account. Each credit costs £5 (minimum purchase is £25) . You will have access to your purchased retailer record for one week
