	Debenhams returns to Friars Walk development in Newport

	Debenhams is set to return to the Friars Walk development in Newport, South Wales. The chain is in talks with Queensberry Real Estate to anchor the 390,000sq ft scheme with a 90,000sq ft store. It will sign a 25-year lease. Debenhams had previously agreed a deal with now-collapsed developer Modus to anchor Friars Walk with a 105,000sq ft store.
