The retailer is taking the space at part of Hercules Unit Trust's and The Crown Estate's £30m extension of the 700,000 sq ft shopping and leisure park.
The deal with Debenhams follows recent lettings including a new 38,000 sq ft store for Next, 15,000 sq ft shops for Smiths Toys and Pets at Home - both of which have been let on 15-year leases - and an 8,400 sq ft store for Mamas & Papas, which has been agreed on a 10-year lease.
Morgan Williams, Montagu Evans, and Eric Young & Co advised HUT/Crown JV, the Gibraltar Partnership; Debenhams was unrepresented. |
