	Debenhams signs anchor prelet at Rugby's Elliott's Field

	Shopping Centre reports that Debenhams has signed up for a 60,000sq ft store, making it the first prelet for the proposed redevelopment of Elliott's Field retail park in Rugby. The £18m extension will add space for 15 new fashion and homeware brands in addition to Debenhams, and will also include refurbishment of the existing units and improvements to the external environment and parking facilities.
