	Debenhams to launch in the Balkans

	The Scotsman reports that Scottish consultancy Retail Management Consultants (RMC) has concluded a deal which will see Debenhams launch across the Balkan region. RMC brokered an agreement with local operator Canopus Investments, which will run stores firstly in Bulgaria, and then in Croatia and Serbia over the next two years.
