	26/02/2013	Shopping Centre - Major signing for Braehead signal retailers’ commitment

	Shopping Centre reports that Next is to upsize at Braehead shopping centre, taking a new anchor store of 30,000sq ft and replacing the four units Next currently trades from. The new store is more than 13,000sq ft larger than the existing units' combined size. Handover of the store will take place in March, with opening scheduled for late summer. The latest deal follows the submission of a planning application in January for permission in principle to build a £200m mixed use development at the centre.
