| | Shopping Centre reports that Debenhams has signed for a 40,000 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease at the 135,000 sq ft Leamington Shopping Park.
Debenhams will replace the former Focus unit and joins other tenants including New Look, Outfit, Next, Boots, Clarks and Mamas & Papas. The new store is scheduled to open in November.
Leamington Shopping Park is located half a mile south of the town centre, fronting the A452 and two miles north of junctions 13 and 14 of the M40. |
