	Beales in talks with Sainsbury's over Tonbridge store

	Egi reports that Beales is in talks with Sainsbury's to surrender one of its stores. Beales has signed a conditional agreement that may allow the "possible future surrender" of its lease on its Tonbridge store. Beales has collected £1m on signing the deal. The group said that the transaction was conditional on certain pre-conditions being satisfied within a six-year period, but that if the surrender went ahead it would receive a premium of as much as £3m.
