	Dreams chief executive to step down

	Retail Week reports that Dreams chief executive Nick Worthington is to step down from the business. Dreams owners, Sun European, has hired headhunters to replace Worthington. The recruitment process is in early stages. It is thought Dreams had been planning a smooth handover to any new boss but Worthington opted to leave following speculation of an imminent departure. According to the Evening Standard, Sun European has hired Redgrave Partners to lead the search.
