	Future of Dwell to be decided within days

	The Financial Times reports that the future of Dwell is close to being decided after appointing Argyll Partners to explore options. Four people close to the situation said potential interested parties had been looking at Dwell, and a conclusion to the process is expected over the next few days. If a deal was agreed for Dwell, one of the options suggested by the people would be to structure it through a pre-packaged administration. Several retail restructuring groups looked at Dwell after lats month's appointment of advisers, although some have decided not to proceed. One person familiar with the situation said there remained other parties in the process interested in acquiring Dwell as a going concern. Some store closures are a possibility if a deal is reached.
