	USC enters administration

	Drapers reports that Philip Duffy and Geoffrey Bouchier, managing directors of insolvency firm Duff & Phelps, were appointed joint administrators of West Coast Capital (USC) today, together with Robert Palmer of the Gallagher Partnership.
