	Bluewater posts 6.7% rise in sales in February

	Drapers reports that Bluewater shopping centre has recorded a 6.7% rise in sales across its retailers in February. Menswear sales saw the biggest growth of 16% compared to the same month last year, while kidswear sales rose 13%. Footfall also grew by 4.6% compared to the same month last year. Bluewater’s sales growth outstripped the increase delivered across the whole of the retail sector in February. This news precedes a raft of openings scheduled at the shopping centre in the next few weeks, including Superdry and Triumph.
